Easter Bunny Day at Kaleidoscope!

There exists a love hate relationship between small children and large fur clad adults... as any parent will tell you and it's almost impossible to predict which side of this debate your child will take at any given moment. When my son Will was about three we were at an event where he threw himself around the legs of a large walking Easter Bunny and wouldn't let go... much to the chagrin of the other children waiting in line. We kept having to pry him off the fur clad legs so the Bunny could move about without falling. On the other hand, when smiling Mickey Mouse came up to us in Disneyland our sturdy four year old fled screaming in the opposite direction, who knew?

Such was the case yesterday at Kaleidoscope... where it was an afternoon of fun and mayhem. Parents and children alike endured the storm... and gathered around  the lap of the Easter Bunny. Very brave bunny! It was fun... and despite a few moments of trauma... we wound up with adorable portraits. Thanks to shop owner Suzanne... and her team for a memorable event. I recommend if you haven't been to her store of treasures you "hop on over" and check it out. http://www.kaleidoscopekids.com/
